What is Savour NB?Savour NB is a non-profit, industry-led organization that promotes and supports local food and beverage producers, processors, chefs, restaurateurs, culinary artisans, and food and beverage establishments, events, festivals, and experiences in New Brunswick. Is it Saveur NB or Savour NB?The answer is both! As a bilingual province, the Savour NB logo needed to be bilingual as well. The only letter in the word that changes in both languages is the “o” in Savour, which becomes “e” in French. Our solution was to create a combination of both letters to represent both languages.
